Steps
1.Prepare the necessary ingredients: apple, lemon, rosemary, salt, thyme, foie gras
2. The apples are sliced and chopped
3. Put the ingredients in the pot and sprinkle with the right amount of salt
4. Add an appropriate amount of lemon peel scraps, then put in foie gras.
5. Fry foie gras and apples until the surfaces become golden yellow and slightly scorched
6. Add thyme and rosemary
